What you might expect is some miraculous story of great coincedence that brought them to forming this band. What would have become of them if it had never came to the point where two of them started, haning out!? Doing shit that's bad from ground zero, but seemed a neccessity at the time. A lot of good came from it and they guess it's better not to regret the bad and cherish the things it has brought. The occurrences in time, taking a fragment of what spun of those two minds, knowing and believing it could be done, finding people who were down at the same end and grasp the concept thus, waiting eventually followed by arranging, is what made them: GILO.

Despite similarities though, they are different t han other metal acts in one important aspect-> they are looking out for the true headbangers out there and not just the backward-red-cap trendies. They don't care in which category people shove 'em! It's all about the music baby! You don't know how to describe their music, fucked up metalcore!? Gilo is a -must-see-live-band- Their shows are like waaaaaaaa!
