MP3 sample: Reject and revolt



The original line up of Burnt fully formed in Stroke in November 2001. The four-piece band found vocalist Ant Boulton. The band had already written material ready to play live. The original rhythm guitarist Craig Latham had to move down south in January 2002. After searching for a month the band took on John Dugmore, forming the present line up.

After a few weeks of playing very succesful local gigs Burnt recorded their first four track demo EP in May with John Web. The CD sold wll and a large fan bass started to form in Stroke. After the succes of the first CD they recorded another EP in November, again with John Web. Although the band were very happy with this CD, only one track was released, this was on "Kill you Managagement" volume 4.

The band have since recorded a two track CD with Sean Low at Prism studios. The band continued to play gigs in Stroke and surrounding areas with higher profile bands and some succesful headlineing slots. They have played many successful gigs in STroke, Stafford, Kidderminster and Birmingham over the past year and are heading of to Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands now.
